Background
How our team approaches Medicare work
This agency started after helping a family member untangle a plan that read fine on paper but didn't actually cover her specialist. Nobody had checked the network before she signed up. That afternoon of phone calls is why the first question we ask anyone now is the name of every doctor they see.
The routine hasn't changed much since. Sit down with someone, write out their providers and medications, then price the plans we're appointed to sell against that exact list. Sometimes what they already have beats anything we can offer, and we say so.
Medicare rules come from Washington, but plans are decided locally. In Hamilton County, what matters is which carriers keep solid provider networks here, and which one quietly dropped a clinic when the contract renewed.

Cincinnati reviews
What people say after working with our team
We list reviews with the client's first name, last initial, and city, with their permission.
Turning 65
“I was turning 65 and had no clue which form came first. We went through my dates on one call, and I had a Part B start date and a plan picked out before my birthday month.”
Doctor networks
“My cardiologist near Kenwood was the whole issue. The network got checked before I signed anything, and I was told straight which plans would keep my doctor.”
Prescription costs
“They ran my six medications through the drug lists instead of just quoting me a premium. My yearly cost went down and I kept the same pharmacy on Hyde Park Square.”
